Late Birthday Presents are a Flavor Savor
My home girl Alice just came back from NY and after sending a full day of illegal pictures via text from the McQueen exhibit, which rocked my Tuesday, sweet heart brought me back coffee table as a belated birthday gift.

Still Running...
After last weekends 12.5 mile trail run, getting lost and creating my own 15 miles trail run, I am back in action after a small week long break.
back to flying over the bridge. Its my peaceful place.
